Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Belle AI mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by Belle AI ("we", "our", or "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Belle AI provides AI-powered beauty analysis services, including makeup analysis, personal color analysis, and face shape analysis. The Service generates personalized beauty reports based on photos you upload.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Вы сохраняете право собственности на все фотографии, загруженные в Сервис. Загружая фотографии, вы предоставляете нам ограниченную неисключительную лицензию на их обработку в целях предоставления наших аналитических услуг. Мы не претендуем на право собственности на ваши фотографии. Загружая фотографию, вы заявляете и гарантируете, что: (а) вы являетесь лицом, изображённым на фотографии, или (б) вы получили явное согласие изображённого лица на загрузку и обработку его изображения через наш Сервис. Загрузка фотографий других лиц без их разрешения строго запрещена и может привести к немедленному прекращению действия учётной записи.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
Некоторые функции требуют платной подписки или покупки кредитов. На нашем сайте платежи обрабатываются через Waffo, нашего безопасного платёжного провайдера. В приложении iOS покупки совершаются через систему покупок Apple In-App. Управление и отмена веб-подписок доступны в настройках аккаунта. Автоматическое продление подписок iOS можно управлять в настройках Apple ID. Возвраты за веб-покупки обрабатываются в соответствии с политикой возврата Waffo, а возвраты за покупки в iOS обрабатываются Apple.
6. Acceptable Use
Вы обязуетесь не использовать Сервис для загрузки неуместного, оскорбительного или незаконного контента. Вы не должны пытаться проводить обратную разработку, декомпилировать или взламывать Сервис. Вы не должны использовать Сервис в коммерческих целях без нашего разрешения. Использование Сервиса также регулируется нашей Политикой допустимого использования (ПДИ), которая содержит подробные рекомендации по запрещённому контенту, мерам обеспечения соблюдения и процедурам отчётности.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Analysis results and report images are generated by AI models operated by third parties (currently OpenAI's GPT Image) and are labeled as AI-generated. They are intended for entertainment and reference purposes. Results may not be 100% accurate and should not replace professional beauty or medical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any analysis.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, AI models, and generated report templates, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may save and share your personal analysis reports for personal use.
9. Limitation of Liability
Belle AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
