Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Belle AI mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by Belle AI ("we", "our", or "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Belle AI provides AI-powered beauty analysis services, including makeup analysis, personal color analysis, and face shape analysis. The Service generates personalized beauty reports based on photos you upload.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

서비스에 업로드한 사진의 소유권은 귀하에게 있습니다. 사진을 업로드함으로써 분석 서비스 제공을 위해 사진을 처리할 수 있는 제한적이고 비독점적인 라이선스를 당사에 부여합니다. 당사는 귀하의 사진에 대한 소유권을 주장하지 않습니다. 사진을 업로드함으로써 귀하는 다음을 표명하고 보증합니다: (a) 사진에 나타난 본인이거나, (b) 사진에 나타난 사람으로부터 서비스를 통해 이미지를 업로드하고 처리할 수 있는 명시적 동의를 받았음. 타인의 허가 없이 사진을 업로드하는 것은 엄격히 금지되며, 즉시 계정이 해지될 수 있습니다.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
일부 기능은 유료 구독 또는 크레딧 구매가 필요합니다. 웹사이트에서는 안전한 결제 제공업체인 Waffo를 통해 결제가 처리됩니다. iOS 앱에서는 Apple 인앱 결제 시스템을 통해 구매가 이루어집니다. 웹 구독 관리 및 취소는 계정 설정에서 할 수 있습니다. iOS 구독 자동 갱신은 Apple ID 설정에서 관리할 수 있습니다. 웹 구매 환불은 Waffo의 환불 정책에 따라 처리되며, iOS 환불은 Apple에서 처리합니다.
6. Acceptable Use
부적절하거나 공격적이거나 불법적인 콘텐츠를 업로드하기 위해 서비스를 사용하지 않을 것에 동의합니다. 서비스를 역설계, 디컴파일 또는 해킹하려고 시도해서는 안 됩니다. 당사의 허가 없이 서비스를 상업적 목적으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다. 서비스 이용은 금지 콘텐츠, 집행 조치 및 신고 절차에 대한 자세한 지침을 제공하는 허용 사용 정책(AUP)의 적용도 받습니다.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Analysis results and report images are generated by AI models operated by third parties (currently OpenAI's GPT Image) and are labeled as AI-generated. They are intended for entertainment and reference purposes. Results may not be 100% accurate and should not replace professional beauty or medical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any analysis.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, AI models, and generated report templates, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may save and share your personal analysis reports for personal use.
9. Limitation of Liability
Belle AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
