Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Belle AI mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by Belle AI ("we", "our", or "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Belle AI provides AI-powered beauty analysis services, including makeup analysis, personal color analysis, and face shape analysis. The Service generates personalized beauty reports based on photos you upload.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Contenido del Usuario y Autorización de Fotos
Usted conserva la propiedad de todas las fotos que suba al Servicio. Al subir fotos, nos otorga una licencia limitada y no exclusiva para procesarlas con el fin de proporcionar nuestros servicios de análisis. No reclamamos la propiedad de sus fotos. Al subir una foto, usted declara y garantiza que: (a) es la persona que aparece en la foto, o (b) ha obtenido el consentimiento explícito de la persona representada para subir y procesar su imagen a través de nuestro Servicio. Está estrictamente prohibido subir fotos de otros sin su permiso, lo que puede resultar en la terminación inmediata de la cuenta.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
Algunas funciones requieren una suscripción de pago o la compra de créditos. En nuestro sitio web, los pagos se procesan a través de Waffo, nuestro proveedor de pagos seguro. En la aplicación iOS, las compras se realizan a través del sistema de compras dentro de la app de Apple. La gestión y cancelación de suscripciones web se puede realizar a través de la configuración de su cuenta. La renovación automática de suscripciones iOS se puede gestionar en la configuración de su Apple ID. Los reembolsos de compras web se gestionan según la política de reembolso de Waffo, y los reembolsos de iOS son gestionados por Apple.
6. Acceptable Use
Usted acepta no utilizar el Servicio para subir contenido inapropiado, ofensivo o ilegal. No debe intentar realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o piratear el Servicio. No debe utilizar el Servicio con fines comerciales sin nuestro permiso. Su uso del Servicio también está sujeto a nuestra Política de Uso Aceptable (AUP), que proporciona directrices detalladas sobre contenido prohibido, medidas de aplicación y procedimientos de denuncia.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Analysis results and report images are generated by AI models operated by third parties (currently OpenAI's GPT Image) and are labeled as AI-generated. They are intended for entertainment and reference purposes. Results may not be 100% accurate and should not replace professional beauty or medical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any analysis.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, AI models, and generated report templates, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may save and share your personal analysis reports for personal use.
9. Limitation of Liability
Belle AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
