Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Belle AI mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by Belle AI ("we", "our", or "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Belle AI provides AI-powered beauty analysis services, including makeup analysis, personal color analysis, and face shape analysis. The Service generates personalized beauty reports based on photos you upload.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any photos you upload to the Service. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them for the purpose of providing our analysis services. We do not claim ownership of your photos.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription or credit purchase through Apple's In-App Purchase system. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscription auto-renewal can be managed in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service. You must not use the Service for any commercial purpose without our permission.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Analysis results are generated by AI and are intended for entertainment and reference purposes. Results may not be 100% accurate and should not replace professional beauty or medical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any analysis.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, AI models, and generated report templates, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may save and share your personal analysis reports for personal use.
9. Limitation of Liability
Belle AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
