Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Belle AI mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by Belle AI ("we", "our", or "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Belle AI provides AI-powered beauty analysis services, including makeup analysis, personal color analysis, and face shape analysis. The Service generates personalized beauty reports based on photos you upload.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Benutzerinhalte und Fotogenehmigung
Sie behalten das Eigentum an allen Fotos, die Sie in den Dienst hochladen. Durch das Hochladen von Fotos gewähren Sie uns eine begrenzte, nicht-exklusive Lizenz zur Verarbeitung der Fotos zum Zweck der Bereitstellung unserer Analysedienste. Wir beanspruchen kein Eigentum an Ihren Fotos. Durch das Hochladen eines Fotos erklären und garantieren Sie: (a) Sie sind die auf dem Foto abgebildete Person, oder (b) Sie haben die ausdrückliche Zustimmung der abgebildeten Person erhalten, ihr Bild über unseren Dienst hochzuladen und verarbeiten zu lassen. Das Hochladen von Fotos anderer ohne deren Erlaubnis ist streng verboten und kann zur sofortigen Kontokündigung führen.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
Einige Funktionen erfordern ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement oder den Kauf von Guthaben. Auf unserer Website werden Zahlungen über Waffo, unseren sicheren Zahlungsanbieter, abgewickelt. In der iOS-App erfolgen Käufe über Apples In-App-Kaufsystem. Die Verwaltung und Kündigung von Web-Abonnements kann über Ihre Kontoeinstellungen erfolgen. Die automatische Verlängerung von iOS-Abonnements kann in Ihren Apple-ID-Einstellungen verwaltet werden. Rückerstattungen für Webkäufe werden gemäß der Rückerstattungsrichtlinie von Waffo abgewickelt, und iOS-Rückerstattungen werden von Apple bearbeitet.
6. Acceptable Use
Sie verpflichten sich, den Dienst nicht zum Hochladen unangemessener, beleidigender oder illegaler Inhalte zu nutzen. Sie dürfen nicht versuchen, den Dienst rückzuentwickeln, zu dekompilieren oder zu hacken. Sie dürfen den Dienst nicht ohne unsere Genehmigung für kommerzielle Zwecke nutzen. Ihre Nutzung des Dienstes unterliegt auch unserer Richtlinie zur akzeptablen Nutzung (AUP), die detaillierte Richtlinien zu verbotenen Inhalten, Durchsetzungsmaßnahmen und Meldeverfahren enthält.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Analysis results and report images are generated by AI models operated by third parties (currently OpenAI's GPT Image) and are labeled as AI-generated. They are intended for entertainment and reference purposes. Results may not be 100% accurate and should not replace professional beauty or medical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any analysis.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, AI models, and generated report templates, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may save and share your personal analysis reports for personal use.
9. Limitation of Liability
Belle AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
