Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Belle AI platform and services. By using our Service, you agree to comply with this policy. This policy supplements our Terms of Service.
Prohibited Content
You may not use Belle AI to generate, upload, or distribute any of the following types of content:
1. Pornographic / NSFW Content
Sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene imagery. This includes nudity intended to be sexual in nature, graphic sexual acts, or any content that would be considered not safe for work (NSFW).
2. Violence / Gore
Graphic depictions of violence, gore, mutilation, torture, or content that glorifies or incites real-world violence or physical harm against individuals or groups.
3. Hate Speech
Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
4. Child Safety Violations
Any content that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content depicting minors in inappropriate situations, or any attempt to groom or exploit children. Violations will be reported to relevant authorities.
5. Deepfakes / Impersonation
Creating deceptive AI-generated content that impersonates real individuals without their explicit consent, including but not limited to deepfake videos, fake celebrity endorsements, or any content intended to deceive others about the identity of the person depicted.
6. Copyright / Trademark Infringement
Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of third parties, including unauthorized use of copyrighted images, trademarks, logos, or any other protected material. Users must ensure they have the necessary rights or permissions for any reference material uploaded.
Photo Upload Authorization
When uploading photos to Belle AI for analysis, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the person depicted in the photo, or (b) you have obtained explicit written consent from the person depicted to upload and process their image through our Service. Uploading photos of others without their permission is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination. Belle AI reserves the right to request proof of authorization at any time.
Violation Enforcement
Belle AI takes policy violations seriously. Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, enforcement actions may include: (1) Warning — a formal notice for first-time or minor violations; (2) Content removal — immediate deletion of violating content; (3) Credit forfeiture — all remaining analysis credits will be revoked without refund; (4) Account suspension — temporary suspension of access to the Service; (5) Account termination — permanent ban from the platform with no refund of any remaining subscription or credits; (6) Legal action — reporting to law enforcement authorities where required by law, particularly in cases involving child safety violations or other criminal activity.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us immediately at support@aicoloranalysis.io. When submitting a report, please include: a description of the violation, any relevant URLs or screenshots, and the date and time of the incident. We review all reports promptly and will take appropriate action. Reporters may remain anonymous and will not face retaliation for good-faith reports.
Content Moderation
Belle AI relies on the built-in safety filters of our underlying AI models (OpenAI) to prevent the generation of prohibited content. These filters automatically reject requests that attempt to produce NSFW, violent, hateful, or otherwise harmful imagery. Additionally, uploaded images that violate the AI provider's usage policies will be refused for processing. We continuously monitor our systems and update our safety configurations as the underlying models evolve.
